Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) who provides therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing substance use concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and co-occurring mental health concerns. She has experience in community mental health and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings, working with individuals facing complex and intersecting challenges. Jessica is committed to creating an affirming, inclusive environment where LGBTQIA+ individuals feel safe exploring identity, relationships, and belonging. For clients who desire it, she offers faith-informed counseling by thoughtfully integrating spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. She also supports individuals processing religious trauma, navigating faith transitions, and exploring religious deconstruction.
Jessica believes healing begins within a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. Her approach is compassionate, authentic, and individualized, emphasizing resilience, self-understanding, and practical coping skills that support lasting growth. She values meeting each person where they are and honoring their unique experiences, goals, and autonomy throughout the counseling process. Outside of the therapy room, Jessica enjoys attending live music events, cooking, gardening, traveling with her family, and spending time with her grandchildren.
