AT A GLANCE

COUNSELING STYLE

Katherine Davis, LSW

Katherine is a Licensed Social Worker who provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults seeking support with emotional challenges and life transitions. Katherine’s goal is to help clients better understand themselves while building practical, sustainable skills that support emotional well-being and everyday functioning. She has experience working in outpatient and community-based settings, supporting teens and adults through a wide range of concerns. Katherine works closely with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful and realistic change at a pace that feels right for them. Outside of the therapy room, Katherine values creativity, humor, and connection. She enjoys spoiling her chihuahua, Lily, crocheting as a way to unwind, and watching reality television. She believes these personal interests help her stay grounded and relatable, and she brings that same authenticity and humanity into her work with clients.
