Kayla Myers, LMHC-A, CMPC

Kayla is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a dual-specialized background, holding Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport/Exercise Psychology. She is passionate about serving diverse populations and has a particular interest in supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Beyond traditional counseling interests in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and interpersonal relationship issues, Kayla is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). In this role, she works with athletes, performers, and business leaders to develop mental skills, overcome obstacles, and consistently enhance their performance across all domains of life. Her integrated approach blends traditional counseling with performance-focused strategies to help clients thrive both personally and professionally.

Kayla is known for her collaborative and compassionate style, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to set and achieve meaningful goals. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys chasing waterfalls while exploring nature and is a devoted foodie always on the lookout for the best restaurants.
