Getting Started
Your first individual counseling session will consist of meeting with your therapist in a safe and confidential environment. You will work together with your therapist to identify your specific concerns and develop goals to help with the underlying issues that brought you to therapy. Sessions are typically 45 minutes to an hour and appointment frequency is often weekly or bi-weekly, but this depends on each individual’s need.
