Support Groups at Still Waters
At Still Waters, we are committed to fostering connection, empowerment, and personal growth through the Muncie Support & Empowerment Groups, in collaboration with Ball State University. These groups strive to provide a safe and welcoming space where individuals can share experiences, find support, and learn valuable tools to navigate their unique journeys.
Support & Empowerment Groups are free, weekly, open meetings designed for adults (18+). They offer an opportunity for individuals to come together, share their lived experiences, learn from one another, gather resources, and provide a sense of community. Facilitated by psychology students from Ball State University, the groups are supervised by a faculty member and run in collaboration with LifeStream Services, Gender Nexus, PCOS Challenge, and Still Waters Professional Counseling.
These groups meet every Sunday from March 16 – April 20. Whether you attend one meeting or all of them, you’ll have the chance to connect with others, gain valuable insights, and be a part of a supportive community.
Our groups are facilitated as part of an immersive learning course, ensuring thoughtful, research-backed discussions, and creating a space for personal and collective growth.
