What is Trauma-Sensitive Yoga?
This Trauma-Informed Yoga session is thoughtfully designed for individuals seeking a gentle and supportive practice to complement their healing journey. Held within our private mental health practice, this class provides a safe and nurturing environment where participants can reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner strength.
Trained to Help You Heal
Led by a therapist and certified yoga instructor with specialized training in trauma-sensitive techniques, the session emphasizes mindfulness, self-compassion, and empowerment. Modifications are offered throughout the class to meet individual needs, ensuring that each participant can engage at their own pace.
